Golden Beet “Ravioli” filled with Truffled Chèvre, finished with PomegranateMolasses, Sardinian Saba, & Avocado Oil.
At Green Goddess in New Orleans.
The ravioli was made from slices of beet rather than pasta, giving it a strong beet flavor and an interesting texture.
